A Hong Kong guy met a Japanese alcohol supplier by chance. He lamented the difficulty of buying Japanese whiskey and sake in Hong Kong, so he decided to cooperate in order to provide Hong Kong with a platform where people can buy rare Japanese whiskey and sake at a reasonable price. Chillax is therefore borne in July 2015.
